The Consumer Product Safety Information Act (CPSIA) is due to take effect on February 10, 2009. The CPSIA has a lot of different requirements regarding testing for lead and phthalates of all products (including organic clothing) intended for children age 12 and under.

Here at Ohgeez we are strictly following all of the guidelines for testing and will be testing our current inventory of long johns and long sleeve tees. However, due to the high cost of testing, we will not be testing items in stock from last season which include: yoga pants, tanks, interlock girls top and lap tee. We are very comfortable that these items do not contain lead & phthalates and are very safe for your children. It is simply not cost effective to test these because we do not have very many left in stock. Therefore, we are offering these items at 60% off while supply last.
